Please have a valid credit card ready for the following booking process.

Alpbach Tourismus GmbH will deduct a one-time service fee of EUR 12.00 (non-refundable) from the credit card provided upon booking.

Payment for your stay is made directly at your accommodation.  (Accommodation & breakfast costs, plus extras)

Your credit card will be charged in the event of a chargeable cancellation or no-show in accordance with the cancellation policy below.

Your reservation is considered binding. The general travel conditions of Alpbach Tourismus GmbH apply (Link). Place of jurisdiction Rattenberg/Tyrol.

C A N C E L L A T I O N    C O N D I T I O N S

Free cancellations can be made up to and including Fri, 02.12.2022.

In case of cancellations from Sat, 03.12.2022 onwards, a cancellation fee of 30% of the booked arrangement will be charged.

In case of cancellations from Fri, 16.12.2022, the cancellation fee is 70% of the booked arrangement.

Cancellations from Fri, 13.01.2023 at 12:00 as well as no shows and empty nights will be charged with 90% of the booked arrangement.

The service fee of € 12.00 is non-refundable. Name changes are possible free of charge.
